This program is an extensive guide for active mothers to

This book is different than a lot of the
other fitness product you will find online: this book offers
friendly support, knowledge of the special situations that
mothers go through, speaks with common sense, and is very
informative. The woman who wrote the book is a mother herself
and it is easy to see that she knows and understands the way a
mother's life works, because there are no impractical
instructions such as no carb diets or two hour
workouts.

There is a section that will show you how to

to them through the entire program, and after that, you begin
to get started on the plan to get your body back into shape and
lose all of that baby fat.

Does all of this seem overwhelming? It is actually very
simple to use. This book doesn't just come stuffed with good
advice and an easy-to-use format that also makes sense, but you
are also provided with a Quick Start Guide to ensure that you
begin to act and see results quickly. Fit Yummy Mummy is no
hard to read and does not contain a bunch of scientific terms
you won't understand, and it also takes things step by step,
with help from pictures and descriptions so that you will be
sure you are doing things correctly.
Troubleshooting
One of the most important parts are the emails that are sent
to you by the author that will help you stay on track and
provide you with healthy recipes and fitness tips. Even mothers
who start out really wanting this may find keeping on track to
be difficult. This is why the follow up emails help out so
much.
This is the Verdict
Getting the body back they had before they were pregnant is
a difficult task for a lot of moms, but the author knows how to
to explain the exercises to even those moms who don't know what
